Great to meet you!

I know how difficult it can be to take this first step. As a clinician my goal is to give you the space to explore who you are, what is not serving you in your life, hold on to what is still serving you, and get to where you want to be through integrating new learning through the process. As a clinician I understand that navigating the many systems of our society brings numerous challenges for youth, adolescents, and families.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am drawn to working with tweens, teens, young adults and those in helping professions. I am trained in EMDR and plan to achieve certification. I have also been trained in cognitive behavior therapy, trauma focused-CBT, dialectical behavior therapy, and I regularly use SMART goal setting

What you can expect from our first session

I will provide you with a safe, affirming space in order to support you with identifying realistic and achievable goals for yourself.
