Great to meet you!

Welcome, my name is Elizabeth and I'm glad you're here. I'm an LPC based in Colorado. I have 20 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist. Specializing in women’s health, reproductive health, and with those in the last stage of life. I believe strongly in embracing the body during one’s healing journey. And I'm very passionate about healing through the connection of the mind, body and spirit.

A bit about my approach to therapy

With my background in bodywork, and the mind body connection, it is the lens that I look through. I practice a trauma-informed approach to therapy. I blend this with a social justice perspective, as well as humanistic values. I believe it's important in being curious, to cultivate ideas of wellness and spirituality and to explore your connection to self and those in your life.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe therapy gives us all a chance to take a breath and ask ourselves important questions. Therapy gives us the space to explore the issues that have us feeling stuck, in pain, and wanting more. I believe in creating the safest space I can for you to make that journey inward. I believe in focusing on you holistically, including the memory of experiences you hold in your body and in your nervous system. I will encourage your curiosity and connection to self and the world around you.
