Great to meet you!

I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to show up exactly as you are. You don’t need to have the right words, have it all figured out, or make yourself more “palatable” before walking into the room. I bring warmth, curiosity, compassion, and a genuine respect for the courage it takes to be vulnerable.

I work especially well with deep feelers, highly sensitive people, and those navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, or a sense of disconnection from themselves. My goal is to create a space where you feel deeply seen and understood, but also gently challenged to grow. I am continually inspired by my clients and consider it a privilege to walk alongside people as they begin to understand themselves more deeply, trust themselves again, and create lives and relationships that feel more authentic to who they are.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in the belief that our patterns make sense when we understand where they came from. Rather than asking, “What is wrong with me?” therapy can help us become curious about what our emotions, behaviors, and protective patterns have been trying to do for us—and whether we still need them in the same way today.

I draw from attachment theory, psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, ACT, and CBT, tailoring our work to the individual rather than expecting the individual to fit a particular model. Together, we may explore early experiences and relationship patterns, build awareness of what is happening in the present moment, and develop tools for regulating your nervous system and responding to yourself with greater compassion. Ultimately, I want therapy to help you move beyond simply understanding yourself intellectually and toward creating meaningful, embodied change in the way you relate to yourself, others, and your life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you—not just the symptoms or circumstances that brought you to therapy, but the person experiencing them. We’ll talk about what has been happening in your life, what you hope might change, and any important experiences or relationships that have shaped the way you see yourself and the world.

There is no pressure to tell me everything at once. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable, and you are always allowed to decide what you are and aren’t ready to explore. I may ask questions, reflect patterns I’m noticing, and help us begin connecting some of the dots together. Most importantly, I want you to leave the first session feeling that this is a space where you can exhale, be honest, and come as you are.
