Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Elizabeth. I am a LCSW and have spent more than 20 years working with young people and families, and my career has been shaped by a deep commitment to meeting clients with compassion and clarity. I support individuals with grief, ADHD, LGBTQIA+ issues, identity, depression, anxiety and trauma. I help adolescents through adults. I am passionate about what I do and want you to feel empowered to take control of your mental health journey.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a collaborative partnership where we work together to identify what matters most to you. My approach is Solution‐Focused and grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with an emphasis on building practical skills and tools you can use in your daily life. I support clients in setting their own goals and moving at a pace that feels comfortable and sustainable. Having worked with diverse populations across many settings, I strive to provide trauma‐informed, culturally aware care that honors each person’s lived experience and unique strengths.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to build trust and establish a foundation for our work. I’ll invite you to share what’s been challenging, what’s been working, and what you hope to change, while always honoring your comfort level and boundaries. We’ll talk through your goals and begin identifying practical skills or tools that may support you right away. Book with me through my calendar to schedule a session!
