Great to meet you!

Therapy is a collaboration to help you get where you want to go. As a social worker with over a decade of experience working with individuals, families and groups, I know that every person's journey is unique. That is why I draw on an eclectic collection of therapeutic skills including approaches from motivational interviewing, DBT, CBT, solution focused and attachment based therapy to help others grow.

My approach to therapy

As a general practice social worker, I have worked with individuals and families across the lifespan and through a multitude of challenges. I specialize in working with adults and have experience in anxiety, depression, imposter syndrome, family issues, grief, substance use and trauma treatment.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, I am going to start to learn your story. We will complete biopsychosocial questions to learn about where you have been, where you are now and where you want to go. I know that a full life story is hard to concentrate into an hour, so together we will start to develop a plan for therapy and I will learn more as we go.
