Hello! I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with experience from Bellevue Hospital and serving those with severe mental illness, as well as 10+ year experience as an Adult Nurse Practitioner managing chronic diseases in primary care and older adults (65+).

I have many years of experience in: outpatient anxiety and depression treatment, assistance with mood-related symptoms in menopause and post-partum, addiction medicine, geriatric care, dementia, palliative medicine and end-of-life.

I love to help patients by evaluating clinical situations holistically and trying to manage as much as possible using the least amount of medication. I like to focus on the alleviating symptoms that decrease function and fulfillment in your life, whether that be through therapy or medication. I prefer my clients to connect closely with a therapist to learn therapeutic techniques and work with me for medication management of their condition or to make medical suggestions to alleviate symptoms.
