Great to meet you!

I am friendly, collaborative, and practical. Don't let my easy way fool you; I'm hard-wired to help my clients achieve wellness using evidence-based treatments, thorough knowledge and application of psychopharmacology and a palette of therapeutic modalities. I am committed to finding you the right combination of medication and therapeutic tools. Haven't you suffered enough? Lets get you feeling better, free up space in your body/mind, and get some energy, joy and ease back into your life- Now!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I try to hear the essence of what's going on with you- underneath the words you say. I don't just sit there while you ramble on- I am direct, I engage, challenge, interact, request that you expound on your answers, use metaphors, avoid jargon, look for and point to connections and patterns to help you understand yourself better. I will utilize the most appropriate tool for the job. And if I think you need medication, I will say so.

What you can expect from our first session

You could feel lighter and more grounded and reconnected to your Self with greater insight, a new sense of hope, tools, homework, and agency- mental/emotional flexibility... like mind yoga.
