Great to meet you!

My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by personal experiences within my own family, where I witnessed how misunderstood mental health issues can be. These experiences inspired me to dedicate my career to helping others find understanding, healing, and support. I am passionate about creating spaces where clients feel seen, validated, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. I am an LMFT/Art Therapist, and I specialize in individuals, couples, families, and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma. Life can bring unexpected challenges, and therapy provides a safe, supportive space to navigate those experiences with compassionate understanding. I integrate creative expression with evidence-based practices to help clients attain personal growth and healing.

My approach to therapy

I draw from an eclectic combination of therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs, personality, and life experiences. My style is supportive, affirming, and grounded in compassionate care. Sometimes healing begins simply by having a safe space where your pain is acknowledged and understood. I integrate a range of evidence-based modalities—including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Family Systems, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Art Therapy—to support emotional growth, strengthen coping skills, and promote meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I offer a warm and supportive welcome, honoring the courage it takes to begin the healing process. Together, we will discuss your current challenges, strengths, and goals to develop a collaborative treatment plan. The initial session also includes a comprehensive assessment to ensure your care is tailored to your unique needs and experiences.
