Great to meet you!

With more than 15 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges and transitions. I especially love helping people navigating anxiety, stress, relationship struggles, life transitions, grief and loss, parenting, and women’s issues. I believe our relationships, families, past experiences, and the world around us all shape how we understand ourselves. Whatever brought you here, you’ve found a warm and caring place to start, and you don’t have to figure it out alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the truth that none of us exists in isolation. Together, we’ll gently explore the patterns that may no longer be serving you while honoring the strengths and resilience you already carry. My goal isn’t just to help you manage symptoms, but to build real insight, stronger relationships, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other, with no pressure to have it all figured out. We’ll talk about what brings you in, what’s been happening, and what you hope will be different. I bring curiosity, compassion, and zero judgment. My hope is you leave feeling heard and supported. If you’re ready, let’s take that first step together.
