Great to meet you!

I am a queer, neurodivergent art therapist. I graduated from the School of the Art Institute with a Masters in Art Therapy and Counseling in 2020 and recently acquired LCPC licensure. I have a background working with diverse populations, including experience in both inpatient and outpatient facilities focused on adults with a range of mental health disorders/multiple diagnoses, education spaces with adolescents, and public art-making spaces focused on community wellness.

My approach to therapy

My interests echo disparities in human connection. Or holding nostalgia. Or the interlocking evolutions of the personal. The therapeutic focus is a person-centered approach with sprinklings of an existential framework–instinctively utilizing art materials to explore limitations, the present moment, closeness, contradiction, grief, intimacy, comfort, and humor (to name a few) to enhance authenticity, identity formation and self-awareness. I follow your grooves while providing empathy, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard to promote acceptance and a trust in your inner wisdom.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I will work with you to understand both your short and long-term goals. I will ask you about who you are and what you need from your therapeutic experience. If you’re seeking a thoughtful, creative, and affirming therapeutic space to explore (and honor) the intricate depths, folds, and edges of who you are, I invite you to reach out.
