Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, where I’ve supported adults through a wide range of mental health challenges. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, and perinatal mental health. I especially enjoy supporting moms through the transition into motherhood as they navigate identity changes, shifting priorities, and finding themselves while caring for their families. I also support bariatric clients on their weight loss journeys by helping them establish healthier routines, navigate the emotional aspects of change, and build sustainable habits. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered with practical tools for lasting growth. I reserve a few reduced-fee appointments for clients experiencing financial hardship.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), helping clients build practical tools to manage anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and interpersonal difficulties.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really just a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about your background and what’s bringing you in, as well as identify some initial goals. Therapy is a process, and we’ll build on things as we go. It’s totally normal to feel a bit nervous at first, it can feel awkward and anxiety-provoking to be vulnerable. We’ll take it one step at a time, and I’ll be here to support you through the journey.
