Great to meet you!

I believe therapy is a collaborative process. There is nobody who knows what is right for you, or what works best for you, better than you. My goal is to help support you in the process of achieving your goals by using your strengths, listening to what you want, offering a roadmap, and teaching you useful tools to get there. I am particularly passionate about working with adults around relationships, sexual issues, infidelity, porn addiction, anxiety and parenting.

My approach to therapy

I implement post-modern therapy techniques and draws from Collaborative therapy, Solution Focused therapy and Narrative therapy. Cultural humility, acceptance, and compassion are core values of her practice.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session with me to be about getting to share their stories and goals with me while I provides feedback on what skill sets and tools she feels would be helpful to work on during their therapeutic time together.
