Great to meet you!

Having practiced in clinical, school based, and community health services; my diverse background lends itself to an eclectic style of treatment. At times, art, nature, movement, and play therapies may be incorporated in addition to traditional individual talk therapy.

My University of Georgia and Vanderbilt University education, and well as lived experiences, provide an evidence-based treatment and therapeutic environment fostering trust, safety, creativity, exploration, insight, strength, and direction. Your individualized treatment will be specifically tailored to the needs and goals now and in the future.

My approach to therapy

Many aspects of your life are intertwined and influencing each other. Let's take a look at your mental health, physical health, relationship dynamics, financial health, fulfilling activity, and work/life balance to identify opportunities for improvement.

Together, we will discover creative solutions and achievable goals to make impactful change. As a Behaviorist, I focus on actionable change. Individual psychotherapy, behavior modification, medication management, genetics consultation, and physical assessment combine to form a holistic approach to treatment and thriving clients.

What you can expect from me

The first session will help build a picture of where you are in your journey. We will discuss current needs and influencing factors, as well as your mental health and social histories. This information will guide our overall treatment plan and identify achievable next steps.
