Great to meet you!

My approach is grounded in curiosity and a deep respect for each client’s unique experience. I work with individuals and couples navigating relationship and communication issues, self-esteem, stress, and major life transitions, as well as those dealing with depression, anxiety, and trauma. I strive to create a collaborative and supportive space where humor, warmth, and authenticity guide the process of growth and change.

My approach to therapy

I have experience supporting clients of all ages—from children to older adults—and in various settings, including in-home, hospitals, community mental health, and outpatient care. Using a strengths-based approach, I help clients build on their existing capabilities while navigating challenges. My style is relational and person-centered, incorporating evidence-based modalities such as ACT, DBT, and CBT, as well as parts work to help clients gain self-awareness and healing

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can expect a safe, non-judgmental space where we’ll take the time to get to know each other and explore what matters most to you. I believe in building a strong, trusting connection from the start, so you feel supported every step of the way. Together, we’ll identify your goals and work collaboratively to create meaningful change, drawing on your strengths and developing new strategies for growth.
