Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Liz. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and Perinatal Mental Health Specialist based in Austin, Texas and I offer warm, judgment-free online therapy for individuals, mothers, and caregivers across the state.

For nearly 20 years, I've supported adults, adolescents and children in Texas. I founded Clover and Bloom Counseling in 2022 to offer high-quality, easy-to-access therapy for the people who often put themselves last.

My clients are smart, high-functioning people who are usually great at what they do — but who are struggling with anxiety, overwhelm, perfectionism, ADHD, or the emotional weight of a major life transition. They don't need to be fixed. They need space to be heard, and support in reconnecting with their own strengths.

My approach to therapy

Sessions with me are warm and collaborative. I bring compassion and lightness even to the hard conversations, because healing doesn't have to feel heavy every step of the way. My clients regularly describe me as warm, encouraging, calming, and effective.

I'm a trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and LGBTQIA+-affirming therapist. I approach every client with cultural humility and deep respect for your unique story, values, and strengths.
