Great to meet you!

With over 15 years of experience as a clinician, I provide a supportive and evidence-based approach to therapy for adults. I recognize that many different circumstances bring someone to therapy, and there’s no one single intervention that works for each person. With that in mind, I value understanding each person‘s history and collaboratively developing a “road map” for meaningful change.

Holding a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas, I have treated a variety of mental health conditions and assisted clients with complex life changes and “seasons”. My approach integrates psychoeducation, skill-building, and validation to empower clients with practical tools for growth.

Whether you’re facing emotional struggles, relationship difficulties, or simply seeking personal growth, my goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where healing and progress can occur.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy balances theory with practical skill-building, helping clients apply what they learn both in and out of session. I strive to be both validating and honest, creating a supportive environment while also providing direct, constructive feedback. I use humor when appropriate to foster connection and make the process feel more approachable, but I also remain fully present and compassionate when clients are working through difficult topics. I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered, no matter their goals.

What you can expect from me

I want my clients to leave therapy feeling heard, validated, and supported in a nonjudgmental space. I recognize that not everyone comes to therapy seeking immediate change—sometimes, it’s about gaining clarity, adjusting perspective, or simply being understood. My goal is to create an environment where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions freely, clarify what they truly want and need, and walk away with a greater sense of peace than when they arrived.
