Great to meet you!

I am deeply passionate about providing a safe, compassionate space for my clients as they explore their path toward healing, growth, and freedom. My experience spans a variety of settings, including outpatient therapy, in-home counseling, crisis stabilization, and specialized care for eating disorders in both Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP).

My approach to therapy

I often incorporate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help process trauma and distressing experiences, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to build psychological flexibility and help you live a life guided by your values, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to identify and change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to strengthen emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and relationship skills.

What you can expect from me

My priority is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can feel truly seen and understood. My hope is that you leave our sessions with greater confidence and practical tools to help you heal and find peace.
