Great to meet you!
Hi! My name is Elizabeth and I am a therapist who believes therapy works best when you feel comfortable being your authentic self--no judgment, no pretending, and no need to have everything figured out before you walk through the door. I earned my Master's degree in General Family Therapy from Northcentral University in 2021 and have been working with clients since 2020. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 20 years as a bartender, where I learned that sometimes the best conversations happen when people simply feel heard, accepted, and safe enough to be themselves. I'm especially passionate about working with women, teens, couples, and people of the LGBTQ+ community, and I bring warmth, compassion, humor, and a genuine interest in each person's unique story into the therapy room.
