Great to meet you!

Hi, I can't wait to meet you! I have worked with individuals and families struggling with issues ranging from drug and alcohol abuse, family issues, life transitions and issues surrounding anxiety and depression. I assist my clients to focus on their strengths and guide them through challenging life events and develop positive coping skills. My goal is to provide each client with a safe space to explore their feelings and work through current struggles and develop a healthier tomorrow!

A bit about my approach to therapy

Throughout sessions with my clients, I encourage them to focus on what they are able to control and how they can develop positive coping skills. I explore with them how they can develop and implement healthy boundaries in their personal and professional lives. During sessions we will incorporate humor, relaxation and mindfulness techniques to manage their daily stressors.

What you can expect from our first session
