Great to meet you!

I provide trauma-informed therapy for adults in Virginia experiencing life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, stress, burnout, self-esteem challenges, and relationship issues. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space to help clients better understand their emotions, develop healthy coping skills, set boundaries, and build resilience. Using evidence-based approaches, including CBT, I help clients reduce distress, heal from past experiences, improve relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change so they can feel more confident, balanced, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

I use an eclectic approach that draws from evidence-based treatment models to meet each client’s unique goals. I offer practical tools for emotional regulation, boundary setting, and strengthening relationships. My focus is on helping clients gain insight, build and create lasting changes that support emotional balance and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

I often use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) In my Practice. During your first appointment, we will assess your needs and how best to support you and you therapy goals. Together, we will look at your values, your willingness for change, and how your coping is working for you today. I will help you navigate how to overcome your anxiety to live a more fulfilling life.
