Great to meet you!

I offer individual, couples, and family therapy services. As a LMFT, I believe healing happens best within the context of relationships - both with others and with ourselves. I take a compassionate, collaborative approach to therapy, meeting clients where they are and honoring their unique experiences. I value authenticity, trust, and a safe therapeutic space where clients can explore challenges, process difficult emotions, and work toward meaningful change. While our work may involve navigating hard topics, I also believe humor and humanity have a place in therapy when appropriate. My goal is to walk alongside you, helping you build insight, resilience, and healthier patterns that support lasting growth.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and emotionally safe. I work collaboratively with clients, honoring their lived experiences and trusting their capacity for growth and self-understanding. Using a symbolic-experiential lens, I focus on emotional expression, relational patterns, and deeper meanings behind behaviors and family dynamics. therapy is an active and experiential process, helping clients gain insight not only through conversation, but through awareness of emotions, interactions, and lived experiences. My client-centered foundation ensures therapy remains empathetic, nonjudgemental, and guided by each client's goals, values, and pace.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will focus on getting to know one another and creating a comfortable, supportive space for therapy. I will introduce myself and explain my role, approach to therapy, and what you can expect from the therapeutic process. We will explore your interests, current concerns, and symptoms, as well as what has brough you to therapy at this time.

Together, we will identify your therapy goals and begin developing a plan for treatment that aligns with your needs and priorities. We will also discuss next steps, including the frequency of sessions and scheduling our next appointment. My goal for the first session is to ensure you feel heard, supported, and clear about how we will move forward together.
