Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical social worker, I have extensive experience supporting individuals living with chronic illness, as well as the family members and caregivers who care for them. I also work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, caregiver stress, and the emotional impact of difficult life experiences.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, strengths, and goals. Whether you’re looking for practical coping strategies, a space to process emotions, or support in creating meaningful change, we’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other, talking about what’s been going on, and exploring what you hope to get out of therapy. I’ll ask questions to better understand your history, current concerns, and goals, and we’ll begin identifying what support may be most helpful for you.
