Great to meet you!

I can support you if you’re wanting to live a more authentic, connected life, where you are living out of your personal code of ethics. It is my goal as a therapist to help bring you back to a felt sense of connection with your body. I specialize in working with teen and adult clients who are going through transitional phases, experiencing relationship issues, or are in need of processing some heavy life events. Therapy doesn’t exist in a vacuum. For those of us with marginalized identities, whether that be neurodivergence, chronic illness, or you’re part of the LGBTQIA+ community, I want you to feel seen and heard.

My approach to therapy

My ultimate goal as a therapist is to help clients make sense of their place in the world and appreciate their unique gifts and talents. I utilize the Internal Family Systems model, along with EMDR and somatic based therapies to help clients work through past traumas, current life events and stressors, and live a more fruitful life. You are the expert of your own life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect honesty, directness, and a collaborative approach to therapy. My goal is to give clients realistic tools in order to process past events and move through current or future stressors with more ease.
