Great to meet you!

Hello there! I'm Elizabeth - a licensed, trauma certified psychospiritual therapist and Reiki practitioner. I work with women and femme adults recovering from religious trauma, constructing spiritual identity, grappling with a late diagnosis of ADHD, navigating a career change, or dealing with anxiety in their relationships.

My approach to therapy

I primary work from the following modalities: Narrative Therapy: Reframe your story from one of shame to empowerment. We’ll uncover the narratives that no longer serve you and rewrite them with compassion.

Internal Family Systems (IFS): Meet every part of you—the protector, the wounded child, the anxious planner—with curiosity instead of judgment. Healing begins when all parts feel heard.

Psychospiritual Integration: Your spirituality doesn’t have to be a battleground. Whether you’re reclaiming faith, exploring new paths, or grieving lost rituals, we’ll honor your journey without dogma.

What you can expect from me

Your story is important. Even if it's a story that has never been told, disbelieved, or suppressed. Envision a space where your spiritual questions are met with curiosity, not judgment. Imagine finally understanding your ADHD brain as a source of creativity and passion rather than a flaw to be fixed. Feel the relief of dropping the masks you’ve worn for years to please others, and instead, showing up as your authentic self—flaws, strengths, and all.

I am honored to hold and share space with you!
