Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), my goal is to provide a warm, down-to-earth space where you can show up exactly as you are.

My professional background is a bit of a mosaic—I’ve spent meaningful time working in school counseling, outdoor education, and residential treatment settings. This mix has taught me that healing and growth happen best when we look at the whole picture, blending practical life strategies with a deep appreciation for experiential and unique paths to wellness.

My approach to therapy

Therapy works best when it is tailored to your unique needs. As the expert on your own life, you bring invaluable insight to the counseling process. Together, we will explore your strengths, identify motivations for change, and create a personalized plan that aligns with your goals. Whether you are navigating anxiety, strengthening relationships, or moving through a major life transition, each step will be taken at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, casual, and conversational environment where we focus entirely on getting to know you at your own pace. We will gently explore what brings you to therapy and look at the goals you hope to achieve. You do not have to have everything figured out; come as you are, and we will develop a plan from there.
