Great to meet you!

I welcome people who are interested in making changes. A common concern is that things aren't 'bad enough' yet, but therapy is a space for growth, clarity, and support. My approach is simple, collaborative, and free of judgment. Together, we’ll identify your personal goals and build a clear path forward. I invite you to reach out to connect, discuss what you’re looking for, and see if working together feels like the right fit for you.

My approach to therapy

Therapy works best when it is tailored to your unique needs. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Strength-Based approaches, selecting the tools that fit where you are and where you want to go. My background in outdoor education and experiential settings also shapes how I think about growth: progress is rarely linear, and there are many valid paths to getting there. Together, we will explore your strengths, identify what motivates you, and build a plan that moves at a pace that feels right.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, casual, and conversational environment where we focus entirely on getting to know you at your own pace. We will gently explore what brings you to therapy and look at the goals you hope to achieve. You do not have to have everything figured out; come as you are, and we will develop a plan from there.
