Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a mental health counselor with experience with children, adolescents, and parents. I specialize in working with people with anxiety and OCD, and have ample experience working with people with depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, and chronic illness.

My approach to therapy

I have training in drama therapy and other creative arts therapies and believe in taking a personalized approach with each client. In sessions, I will work with you to create an approach to our sessions that balances processing your stressors with making active behavioral changes.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, I will ask you about what your history, your current day-to-day life, and what you hope to get out of therapy. I will then work with you to create long term and short term goals for therapy and offer some steps to get there. Ultimately, this space is yours and you know yourself best, so I welcome any discussions about how to make the therapeutic process work best for you!
