Liz has worked in the field of social work and clinical care the last 15 years, including in restorative systems of care, healthcare integrated care and leadership, and with individuals, families, and children.

Liz specializes in body image, relationship issues, chronic medical conditions, contemplative care/end of life issues, drug and alcohol recovery, and intimacy issues. She enjoys her friends, rescue dog, continuing her mindfulness meditation practice, and spending time at the ocean.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Liz's professional background is in integrated somatic, mindfulness, sports psychology, cognitive-behavioral, and strengths-based modalities. These strategies support building a trusting therapeutic relationship with each client to feel empowered to take healthy steps that suit each person's individual needs.

Some clinical theoretical orientations used in therapy include but not limited to: Solution-focused, Integrated, Behavioral modification, and EFT/Tapping.

Clients can expect a safe and compassionate environment where they can explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment. Liz offers and supports each client build an individualized toolbox of skills and techniques to help clients navigate their experiences, relationships, and emotions, as well as advice on how to handle issues! Liz’s philosophy is to help clients feel better so that they feel more empowered about their health and wellness goals.
