Great to meet you!

I believe healing becomes possible when we feel well supported and genuinely understood. I'll take the time to really get to know you, and build a foundation of trust so that we can more deeply understand what has brought you to therapy at this time. My work is rooted in somatic, depth-oriented approaches and I have over a decade of clinical experience working with people living with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and major life transitions. If you're longing to trust in your inner knowing, reclaim your innate gifts, heal from unresolved experiences, shift long-standing patterns, and feel more authentically alive, I can support you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, gently challenging and draws on an eclectic range of therapeutic tools including somatic psychotherapy, expressive art therapy, and dream exploration. In addition to engaged conversation in each session, we may notice how memories and emotions are held in your body, explore the symbolic language of your dreams, and give form to your feelings through artistic expression. This approach supports deep healing and change by opening to layers of experience that can be difficult to reach through talk therapy alone. More than any technique, our work will be a collaboration guided by your unique needs, goals, and ways of making meaning.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be a chance to get to know one another. I'll listen deeply and try to understand what you hope to gain from therapy. You can also ask me any questions you may have about my approach and logistics. Finding for the right connection with a therapist is important. I invite you to reach out for a free, low stakes consultation so you can get a sense of what it's like to talk with me and make a decision that feels best for you.
