Great to meet you!

I believe that healing is possible when we feel supported, understood, and free to share whatever is on our minds. I am a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist with extensive experience supporting adults through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My work is informed by advanced training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Embodied Experiential Dreamwork, and mindfulness practices. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, self-reflective individuals who want to understand themselves more deeply, heal longstanding patterns, and create more meaningful and authentic lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, direct and grounded in the belief that healing involves not only insight, but also reconnection with the wisdom of the body. I draw on an ecclectic range of therapeutic tools that help to integrate mind body and soul. In addition to engaged conversation, we may notice how memories and emotions live in the body, explore the symbolic language of dreams, give form to your feelings through artistic expression, and engage with mindfulness practices. This approach opens to deeper layers of experience that can be difficult to reach through talk therapy alone.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to get to know you and understand what brings you to therapy at this point in your life. We'll discuss your concerns, explore what you hope to gain from therapy, and begin identifying goals that feel meaningful and achievable. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel safe showing up as you are. You can also ask me any questions you may have about my approach and see if it feels like a good fit for you.
