Great to meet you!

My goal as a therapist is to ensure that my clients’ feel they have concrete tools and strategies for coping outside of therapy when challenging times arise. I strive to create a space for my clients' that is free of judgment, and where they feel heard, seen, and encouraged to get to know themselves more deeply.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My treatment style is a blend of psychodynamic psychotherapy, CBT and emotion-focused therapy. Most importantly, treatment will always be a collaborative effort, tailored to the individual clients’ needs, and changed over the course of treatment as needed. I work mostly with adults 18+, and have worked extensively with entertainment professionals.

What you can expect from our first session

Seeking therapy can be a daunting and intimidating experience. However, it is an indication that you’re committed to personal growth and change. Please feel free to reach out for an initial consultation- I am more than happy to discuss what to expect from therapy and help quell any nervousness you may have about starting this journey.
