Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides warm, affirming, and empowering support to children, teens, adults, and families. My background includes hospice, oncology, memory care, and outpatient mental health, which allows me to sit comfortably with complex emotions and help clients navigate anxiety, ADHD, grief, trauma‐related stress, and the emotional impact of chronic health conditions. I use CBT, mindfulness, somatic strategies, and relational, developmentally attuned approaches to help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and feel more grounded and supported in their daily lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, relational, and grounded in emotional safety. I focus on helping clients understand their internal experiences, strengthen emotional regulation, and build practical skills that support daily functioning. I integrate CBT, mindfulness‐based strategies, somatic awareness, and expressive or play‐based methods when working with youth. Sessions are paced to match each client’s readiness, with an emphasis on curiosity, connection, and developing tools that feel realistic and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a calm, welcoming, and structured first session where the focus is on getting to know them and understanding what brings them in. I guide the conversation at a comfortable pace, ask thoughtful questions to learn about their experiences, and work to create a sense of safety and clarity. Together, we identify what feels most important right now, explore initial goals, and discuss what support might look like moving forward. My aim is for clients to leave the first session feeling heard, grounded, and with a clearer sense of direction.
