Hi, my name is Lizz. It is so hard to take the first step in therapy. Feeling vulneralbe ,discussing some really hard topics with a person you don't know. I know first hand the anxiety that comes with having to talk about anxiety. It is my first hand experience that will make you feel truly understood, because I do! I am a LMHC, Licensed school counselor and a mother of a teenage daughter.

My counseling style is a combination of person centered and cognitive behavioral therapy. I take a hands on approach with my clients, believing that we are in this together. It is important that you feel that I am available especially on the days when life is extra challenging.

After our sessions, you will feel heard and understood. I do not promise to know all the answers but I do promise that together we will work on coping strategies in an environment where you feel safe and supported.
