Great to meet you!

Every life experience has a purpose. Nothing happens by chance. My failures and challenges, provided valuable lessons for me as a mom, wife and career woman. I learned from these experiences, made healthier choices and was eventually able to make many positive changes.

I will support you on your journey, as you work to regain your sense of purpose and joy. Together, we can address your self-esteem issues, destructive self sabotaging thoughts, anger, anxiety, stress and depression.

My approach to therapy

I'm calm, insightful and non-judgmental, with a great sense of humor. I use an eclectic approach to counseling which incorporates CBT, ACT, SFBT, Gottman, EMDR. I work very well with clients of different cultures and religions as a result of my cosmopolitan background. I also work with victims of narcissists, supporting them, as they rebuild their lives.

What you can expect from me

Clients have communicated that they feel comfortable, heard and understood.

Over time, I work collaboratively to develop a plan using coping skills, inner strength, mindfulness, changes in thought/behavior patterns and other techniques applicable to each person's individual situation, to help clients gain insight and new perspectives.
