Great to meet you!

Thirty years ago I walked into a psychiatric unit as a nurse — long before I became a therapist — and learned something no textbook teaches: people carry the weight of addiction, trauma, and grief alongside jobs, families, and survival. That weight doesn't announce itself politely. Today, I bring that clinical depth to therapy with adults and older adults who are ready to stop white-knuckling through and actually get somewhere. Whether you're managing a decades-long wound, fighting to stay sober, or facing a depression that just won't lift, I have likely sat with someone who felt exactly where you are.

My approach to therapy

I'm a licensed clinical social worker and registered nurse with 30 years of practice. My work blends CBT, trauma-focused approaches, and psychodynamic insight — shaped by what I've seen actually help people move. Sessions are telehealth, available across New York, and covered by most major insurance plans.

What you can expect from me

If you're ready to stop managing and start making real progress, reach out. I offer flexible telehealth sessions across New York — including evenings — and accept most major insurance plans. Let's find out if we're a good fit.
