Great to meet you!

My practice embraces re-writing and re-wiring patterns that have been keeping you stuck through a blend of mind and body centric techniques. For over a decade, I’ve helped people embrace their uniqueness, build trust, and find a sense of safety within themselves through talk therapy. As a recovering overthinker and perfectionist, I know how powerful somatic tools and nervous system regulation can be.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded, embodied, and relational. Rooted in the belief that healing happens when we listen to the wisdom of the body as much as the mind. I integrate breathwork, sound, nature-based practices, and honest dialogue to support clients in reconnecting with their innate resilience and aliveness. Rather than “fixing” what’s broken, I focus on creating safety, curiosity, and spaciousness so deeper truths can emerge. The work is collaborative, gently challenging, and invites both softness and courage in service of lasting transformation.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a grounded, welcoming space where we slow things down and begin building trust. We’ll explore what’s bringing you here, what you’re longing for, and what feels most supportive right now at a pace that honors your nervous system. I’ll share how I work, answer any questions. The intention is not to rush into solutions, but to help you feel seen, resourced, and clear about the path forward together.
