Great to meet you!

I have worked as a psychotherapist in private practice with clients since 2015 and have been doing counseling with clients since 2012. I went to school at Penn State for undergraduate work (Bachelor of Arts) and at Rutgers for my Master of Social Work (MSW). I enjoy working with clients to help them reach their therapy goals!

My approach to therapy

I have an open-minded approach working with clients. I focus on anxiety, depression and other issues with clients. I use a psychodynamic and person-centered styles in therapy.

What you can expect from me

I hope clients can work towards their own therapy goals. I want clients to come away from a session feeling like they accomplished something great. I hope they also feel better about themselves and ready to face the challenges in their lives.
