Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical social worker, I work with adult individuals with anxiety, depression, and trauma. As someone who is neuro-spicy myself, I enjoy working with individuals with ADHD, AuDHD, and Autism. As a queer person, I understand the challenges of being marginalized in society.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I bring a lot of authenticity in the work I do. In therapy, I take a person-centered, eclectic approach from relational-cultural theory with a focus on relationships, attachment, and family systems. I believe strongly in self-determination, that we are the authorities in our own lives, and that we all have the ability to discover the solutions to our struggles and reach the best versions of ourselves given the proper support and resources.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe that the relationship between therapist and client is the most important aspect of the healing process in therapy and I strive to create a non-judgmental, safe space that will foster those relationships even with differing life experiences, viewpoints, values, and beliefs. We will work together to challenge unproductive thinking patterns and unhelpful outside influences to further you on your healing journey.
