Great to meet you!

I specialize in supporting women navigating complex experiences that often go misunderstood. This includes women who have experienced harm within spiritual or religious communities—whether that's spiritual abuse, religious trauma, or the complicated grief of leaving a faith tradition. I also work with women managing anxiety, depression, and interpersonal trauma.

If you've felt silenced, questioned your own reality, or struggled to trust yourself after difficult experiences, you're not alone. My practice is a place where your story matters, your feelings are valid, and healing is possible.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in Somatic Attachment EMDR, an approach that recognizes how early relational experiences become stored in both our minds and bodies. Many adult struggles—difficulty trusting others, anxiety, disconnection, or unexplained physical symptoms—have roots in how we learned to relate and feel safe early in life.

Somatic Attachment EMDR allows us to work with the memories that keep you stuck and the body sensations that accompany them. This means we're helping your nervous system find regulation and safety, not just processing what happened. My approach is compassionate, attuned, and centered on your unique needs and pace.

What you can expect from me

My approach is rooted in collaboration and attunement. I believe therapy works best when we work together to identify what matters most to you and what you hope will be different in your life. I create a calm, reflective space where you can slow down, be heard, and make sense of your experiences.
