Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Elizabeth! I’m a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in mental health. I provide care in both English and Spanish. I enjoy helping people better understand their mental health and find treatment that works for them.

My approach to therapy

Your experiences, challenges, and goals are unique to you, and I believe your mental health care should be too. I work with each person to create an approach that feels individualized and meaningful.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is mostly about getting to know you. We’ll talk about what brought you in, your current symptoms, health history, medications, and what you’d like help with. We’ll then discuss treatment options together and come up with a plan that feels right for you.
