Great to meet you!

I am a clinical social worker and therapist licensed in Virginia with over 10 years of experience working in various clinical settings. I have experience in helping people with a wide range of concerns including stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, relationship issues, bipolar disorder and depression.

If you are interested in working together but don't see times that align with your schedule, please contact me as additional options may be available.

My approach to therapy

My therapy approach is empathetic, warm and interactive as I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity and compassion. Whole health and wellness is central to my approach as well, as I see therapy as a piece within a larger puzzle that can include additional pieces such as medication, community or nutrition.

My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, strengths-based and person-centered therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment approach to meet your unique needs.

What you can expect from me

It takes courage to take that first step towards seeking a more fulfilling and happier life and I would like to recognize that courage in you.

I am here to support and empower you; I look forward to working with you!
