Great to meet you!

I believe in honoring the life experiences of the individuals that choose to meet with me. We are all in different places in our lives. Some of us are ready to dive deep into introspection eager to understand ourselves better. While others may be taking the first step toward navigating challenges or making sense of where they are. As your therapist I create a safe space that welcomes you as you are.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in sexual health & sexual dysfunctions, process addiction, substance use, anxiety, and grief. During our session I utilize the holistic approach. Taking into consideration your physical, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing. We will focus on your strengths and move forward in a manner that supports your goals.
