I utilize holistic approach with emphasizing humanistic theories, using mindfulness as I am a certified in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, adding an integrative approach to treatment such as CBT depending on the client’s symptoms and needs. Ultimately, I utilize evidence based and holistic care.
I specialize in supporting clients with: Anxiety, Mood Disorders, trauma survivors, relationship problems (personal and professional), transitioning in different fragments of life, obsessions, eating and sleeping issues as well as career matters. My past position as a Liaison officer for the USAF brands me to be a good fit in supporting VA and serviceman clients. Alongside my history as a counselor, I have a career history of being a faculty member teaching psychology course.
