Elizabeth Morgante

Hello! My name is Elizabeth Morgante (please call me Liz 😊) and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Addiction Professional in Florida. I am also the founder and owner of The Resilient Mind Counseling and Consultation. My mission in practice is to challenge the stigma surrounding substance use and mental health disorders, as well as contribute to the growth, hope, and healing of those experiencing of those persons experiencing one of the many challenges associated with the human condition.

I have been in the helping field since 2012 and have experience working with diverse populations as well as working in diverse settings. My approach to therapy is highly individualized and collaborative, and often integrative, with the goal of fostering long-term emotional resilience and enhanced well-being. My goal is to create a safe space where you can show up as your authentic self and experience feeling seen, heard, and understood. I specialize in navigating the complexities of addiction, trauma, stress/burnout, codependency, perfectionism, confidence/self-esteem issues, adjustment issues, and relationship troubles.

We repeat what we do not repair. And I appreciate the vulnerability it takes to step outside of the comfort zone. I strive to be a compassionate, logical, and constructive voice amidst your current situation with the goal of helping you to overcome inter-and-intrapersonal challenges and take positive action.
