Hello! My name is Elizabeth Muñoz. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering tele-health services to individuals above the age of 18. My services are available in both English and Spanish. I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, grief, and life adjustments.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I’ve been using different modalities, but mainly CBT. It’s helped my clients challenge thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll implement CBT to explore how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected to each other. We’ll then use that to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious, depressed and stressed life.
