Great to meet you!

Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood changes, trauma, or feeling overwhelmed by life's challenges? When mental health symptoms begin affecting your work, relationships, sleep, or daily functioning, it can feel difficult to know where to turn. You don't have to face it alone.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 15 years of healthcare experience providing compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for adults throughout Washington. I specialize in the evaluation and treatment of anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, and other mental health conditions through personalized medication management and supportive therapy.

My approach is collaborative, holistic, and centered on your unique needs and goals. I take the time to understand your experiences, concerns, and strengths so we can develop a treatment plan that helps you feel more balanced, focused, and in control of your life. I believe healing begins when people feel heard, respected, and supported.

I currently offer convenient telehealth appointments and strive to provide a welcoming, judgment-free environment where you can feel comfortable discussing your concerns. Taking the first step toward better mental health can be challenging, but support is available. If you're ready to explore treatment options, I invite you to reach out to schedule a consultation.

My approach to therapy

In my practice, I believe in treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I collaborate with each client to create personalized care plans that incorporate traditional treatments like medication management and psychotherapy, as well as holistic approaches when appropriate. Clients often describe me as warm, approachable, and open-minded, and I make it a priority to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and supported.

What you can expect from me

  1. A collaborative, nonjudgmental space where you are free to express yourself openly.
  2. Personalized treatment plans that may include a combination of medication management, psychotherapy, and holistic approaches tailored to your unique needs.
  3. Practical tools and strategies for managing anxiety, stress, and emotional challenges in everyday life.
  4. Increased self-awareness and coping skills to help you better navigate life’s obstacles and mental health challenges.
  5. Empowerment to take an active role in your healing process and create lasting changes that align with your goals.
  6. My goal is to meet you where you are in your journey, offering both immediate support and long-term strategies for mental wellness. I believe in treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—and fostering a therapeutic relationship based on trust, empathy, and mutual respect. If you're looking for a provider who listens deeply, understands your unique experiences, and works with you to cultivate healing and growth, I would be honored to support you.
