Great to meet you!

Welcome and thank you for visiting my profile! Success in therapy lies in the therapeutic relationship built between client and therapist - I take great care in developing and nurturing that relationship, providing a safe space for the work we will do together. Congratulations for taking the first step in your journey toward healing and I wish you the very best of luck!

My approach to therapy

I view my role of therapist as a partner, helping clients navigate difficult life events, transitions, relationships or the stressors of daily life. I utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities. Each person is unique - as such, treatment plans are individualized to client circumstances, style and the treatment goals we will set together.

Therapy is the pathway to change and growth - I will walk beside you, at your pace, as you find your footing and ultimately reach your destination.

What you can expect from me

Throughout our work together, you will notice that, as a therapist, I tend to focus on exploring your inner strengths and how you can re-engage with them while also building new coping skills to address your current stressors and help you reach your therapeutic goals.
