Great to meet you!

Now more than ever people are feeling anxious, detached, and overwhelmed by the demands of life, how to sustain healthy relationships, keep work-life balance, or simply find meaning in their daily lives. My hope is to guide you through the process, offering adaptable skills and insights along the way.

As a clinical psychologist, I believe in a whole-person approach to psychotherapy and hope to provide a space where you can explore your experiences without judgment and regain a sense of strength and purpose. Seeking help can be one of the hardest first steps, and the therapy room can be a place to pause, reflect, and begin to heal. Let's get this process started!

My approach to therapy

There are many pathways to building resilience, so my therapy approach is integrative, collaborative, and tailored to each client always highlighting your unique strengths and experiences. My practice is rooted in EMDR (prioritizing nervous system awareness and regulation) while I integrate mindfulness, somatic practice, dialectical skills, and interpersonal-based therapy to help improve your ability to skillfully move through stress, trauma, and life. Together we will explore the patterns keeping you feeling stuck and learn skills to feel more present and grounded in your experience.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is a collaborative process focused on helping you move from surviving towards thriving. As therapy can be a vulnerable process, initial sessions will focus on learning about all of your unique experiences and building a strong therapeutic relationship. I would consider myself a patient and depth-oriented clinician who is motivated to help you examine more deeply rooted patterns and influences rather than simply surface-level concerns.
