Great to meet you!

I support you in achieving your best quality of life as you define "quality of life". I encourage personal growth throughout the life span and will use whatever therapeutic tools available to help you reach your goals. It's never too late to start your journey.

My approach to therapy

I have seen many approaches develop over the years. I have also learned to identify the many barriers people face in their lives. This is why I stay focused on innovations in the field and remain flexible with clients regarding interventions. I encourage a personal approach to therapy since one size does not fit all.

What you can expect from me

I will typically use our first session to get to know what your are looking for and if I am the right person to provide it. People tend to already have an idea in their mind of what they are looking for. I feel its important to address your needs and wants in the therapeutic relationship.
