Welcome! I am so glad to be here to help support you in your therapy journey.

I most often work with:

-Adolescents/Young Adults (ages 12+) with anxiety/panic, eating disorders, OCD, trauma, ADHD, depression, and self-injurious behaviors/suicidality.

-Transitional-Age Youth (16-25) who may be struggling with navigating this transitional phase of life and having associated stressors

-Adults with complex trauma, eating disorders, anxiety/panic disorders, OCD, ADHD, and depression

-Other therapist seeking therapy

My approach is relational and experiential in nature, which mean that we will work to develop a comfortable relationship that allows you to navigate new and meaningful experiences with your emotions. Together, we work to create safety and undo your aloneness in feelings that can be too overwhelming to navigate on one's own.

I am a Level 3 AEDP Therapist and am engaging in ongoing training with the AEDP Institute to further my learning of this approach to therapy. I also am an Experiential Assistant with Institute trainings.

My clients often share they were surprised how comfortable they felt opening up with me in the first session. They express finding me genuine, authentic, and compassionate, which allows us to begin to build the necessary relationship to safely navigate difficult feelings and experiences together. Therapy will go at the pace that you feel comfortable with and focus on the issues most important to you. I like to use the analogy that "the client is driving the car - I'm just holding the roadmap."
