Great to meet you!

Hello! As a Florida-based Licensed Mental Health Counselor educated at Stetson University, I specialize in helping individuals navigate everyday stress and major life transitions, and I proudly offer LGBTQ+ affirming care. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative journey, and I strive to make our sessions feel like a comfortable, supportive conversation. My practice focuses on providing you with the warmth, understanding, and everyday tools you need to truly thrive.

I look forward to supporting you on your healing journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. Starting with a safe, person-centered foundation, we’ll use tools from CBT and Solution-Focused therapy to build everyday coping skills. I also love weaving in narrative therapy and expressive arts to help you creatively explore your story and process emotions in new, meaningful ways.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a low-pressure space to connect and build trust. After a brief telehealth check-in, we will explore your current challenges and therapy goals. Together, we’ll identify your immediate needs and map out a gentle, practical plan forward. Expect an open, affirming environment where your unique story is honored.
