Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! I’m a ANCC Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) License in GA, MD, and North Dakota. I am dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care across the lifespan. I hold a master’s degree in nursing with specialized training in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and medication management, as well as psychotherapy.

My practice focuses on treating a range of conditions including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, trauma-related disorders, addiction recovery and perinatal mental health concerns. I integrate a client-centered approach that may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), supportive counseling, and lifestyle interventions alongside medication when appropriate.

I believe in building a strong therapeutic alliance rooted in trust, respect, and collaboration. Whether you're seeking support for the first time or continuing your mental health journey, I’m here to meet you where you are and help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), my approach to care is holistic, collaborative, and personalized. I believe that every client is unique, so I take time to understand the whole person—their history, lifestyle, strengths, challenges, and goals.

My style is warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental, creating a safe space for open dialogue. I combine evidence-based medication management with therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), supportive therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions to support emotional well-being.

I work closely with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their needs and preferences. My clinical focus includes treating mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, trauma-related conditions, and perinatal mental health. I also place a strong emphasis on client education, empowerment, and shared decision-making to promote long-term recovery and resilience.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with me feeling heard, respected, and empowered. I strive to create a calm, supportive, and judgment-free environment where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions safely.

Together, we work toward goals such as:

Gaining insight into patterns of thinking and behavior

Learning practical coping strategies

Achieving emotional stability through appropriate medication and therapy

Building self-confidence and healthier relationships

Creating a personalized plan for long-term mental wellness

My ultimate goal is to help clients feel more in control of their mental health and better equipped to manage life’s challenges with clarity, resilience, and hope.
